One of the greatest benefits of staying at Corderry Farm is the wealth of outdoor space you can enjoy. From in and around the cottage to the 250 acres of private land, there is plenty of space for you to escape, unwind and have fun.
Outdoor Kitchen and Garden...
A lovely sheltered seating area that was once a cattle pen in a pervious life, now is the wonderful paved outdoor kitchen/BBQ area. It comes equipped with a Mastercook Connoisseur Gas BBQ which is perfect for cooking up a storm and a wood fired outdoor oven perfect for pizzas and roasting.
Fairy lights make this a magical place to relax and unwind at the end of the day with a chimenea to keep you warm and toasty into the evening.
You also have exclusive use of the garden, which is situated adjacent to the paved BBQ area. Enjoy breakfast on the lawn upon the lovely picnic bench.
As a working beef farm which prides itself on keeping our cattle as close to nature as possible. We are delighted to be able to offer our guests the opportunity to enjoy some of Corderry Farm’s award winning “Best fillet steak in the world” 2019, the first time that Ireland has received this accolade. This farm to fork experience can be enjoyed sizzling on the griddle in the serenity of this wonderful BBQ area.
The Haggart…
A throwback to Ireland of old, the cottage haggard provides a gorgeous private seating area in which to sit with your morning coffee or indeed a glass of wine at any time of the day, and take in the stunning views over the Galtee mountains.
It is accessed through a small gate by the gable end of the farmhouse, a short winding path leads to a table and seating. It possesses a feeling of being at one with nature and the perfect place to be alone with your thoughts. You will feel a million miles away when, in reality, you’re only a few feet from the cottage!
Games Barn...
You’ll find the games barn located in the original byre (old cow shed) within the courtyard and just a few steps across from the cottage. Challenge each other and have fun, whether you’re learning a new skill or brushing up on old. It contains a dart board, foosball table, pool table and table tennis.

You have exclusive use of the courtyard, which also offers plenty of private parking.
